The incumbent is responsible for handling first level support to enterprise clients related to technologies including servers, networks, cloud, network operations center, VPN, Microsoft Office 365 and active directory.

Required Candidate profile

The candidate must have at least 1 year of Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk exp with US/UK customers. A desire to build a career in System/Network Admin and excellent English communication is a must. 24X7 workplace
