Roles and Responsibilities

The job would entail managing the full life cycle of recruitment for a variety of clients in the domains of IT, KPO and BPO industries. It is an independent role which would have sourcing on one end and client management at the other.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 1 year experience in recruiting or International Outbound Sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Self starter. Familiarity with Linkedin, Naukri, Instagram etc.
